There`s the great office support and easy access when help is needed. You can call the office during business hours and reach several different people who can help answer or get your answers to your questions. The office personnel are always friendly and supportive, you can hear that smile coming through the phone. Another main reason is The Broker Support! With 3 acting brokers I know if I need help one of them is always available and this is 24/7. Bob Stephens (one of the 3 brokers) has a wealth of knowledge and experience that is hard to beat. Plus the company offers free renewal licensing classes on a regular basis and are so enjoyable to attend. I think our DB, Dale Hillard`s classes are some of the best in Phoenix. I`ve been licensed since 1990 and have gone the full circle in real estate, from owning and managing my own company to hanging my license with Re/Max and Realty Executives. West USA offers what is need and doesn`t expect me to pay a high fee. With professional offices, easy access & locations, great support and they all make me feel like they`re my "family".
