Obtaining a real estate license here in Arizona is not difficult, if you know what to expect, and can fulfill the requirements.  Which are as follows, you will need to complete 90 classroom hours of pre-licensing instructions, supply your fingerprints, proof of U.S. legal presence as well as completion of 6 hours of a Contract Writing course.  How you get a  real estate license does vary from state to state, but will usually involve minimum age requirements, education as mentioned above, applications and fees, and other state-specific details.  Arizona will not waive any portion of the 90 hours, even if you already possess a license in another state. 

You can locate the names of licensing schools as well as our community colleges as your resource for the required classroom hours.  Arizona does issue a four (4) year license and requires 24 hours every two (2) years of continuing education credit hours in certain categories.
